Biothane is a highly durable polyester fabric coated with TPU, which makes my collars extremely tear-resistant and stain-resistant. Ideal for all kinds of dog activities.
It is very important to me that every product arrives in perfect condition. That’s why every collar is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you do notice a defect, please contact us via email at info@peakpup.ch within 7 days of receiving the product and send us a description and a photo of the defect. I will review the issue immediately and offer a solution as soon as possible. Please note that this service does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidents, or damage during shipping.

Yes, my collars are designed for dogs of all sizes and breeds. If your dog’s neck circumference is smaller than our S-size collar or larger than our L-size collar, but you’d still like a peakpup collar, please don’t hesitate to email me at info@peakpup.ch. Together, we’ll find a solution that works.

Take plenty of time to measure. Be sure to check out our size chart with measuring instructions. Our recommendation: It’s better to measure five times to be 100% sure!
