Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all products that can be ordered on the website www.peakpup.ch. By placing an order, you expressly agree to these GTC. Customers are all natural and legal persons who maintain business relationships with peakpup.

Formation of a Contract
All information regarding products and prices provided during the ordering process is non-binding. A purchase contract is formed when peakpup accepts your order. Acceptance is confirmed via email and is therefore binding.

Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order on this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer submits a legally binding offer to enter into a contract. peakpup confirms receipt of the order via an automatic “Order Confirmation” sent by email.

Prices
Our prices do not include VAT, as we are exempt from VAT as a small business. We reserve the right to make technical changes, and we are not liable for errors or misprints. peakpup may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of ordering is decisive for the price calculation. For shipments to Germany, peakpup is required to charge German VAT at a rate of 19%.
If, after the contract has been concluded, it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or can only be delivered in part, peakpup is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. Any payments already made will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. In the event of withdrawal, peakpup is not obligated to provide a replacement delivery.

Terms of Payment and Retention of Title
The customer agrees to pay the amount by credit card or TWINT. peakpup reserves the right to exclude customers from using certain payment methods without providing a reason. Ownership of the goods remains with peakpup until the purchase price has been paid in full. In rare cases, invoicing is also possible. Outstanding amounts may be subject to a reminder fee.

Shipping | Customs Duties
All items offered are ready to ship within 30 business days. The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment. If the end of the period falls on a Sunday or a holiday, the next business day is considered the fulfillment date. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in cases such as holidays or illness—customers will be notified of this in advance on the website.
If the shipping company is unable to deliver the goods and they are returned to the seller, the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and reshipment.
Shipping costs are charged separately and shown during the ordering process. Deliveries are made by mail. peakpup assumes no liability for lost shipments.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. Upon shipment, title and risk shall pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
For international shipments, customs duties and VAT may apply in the destination country. peakpup has no control over this and is legally required to declare the correct value of the goods. Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy | Exchanges
There is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. Defects must be reported in writing immediately, no later than the 7th day after receipt. If a complaint is filed in a timely manner, a price reduction or replacement will be provided.
Custom-made products cannot be exchanged. Orders are binding, and there is no right of return or cancellation. Color variations between photos/the configurator and the actual product do not constitute grounds for a complaint. Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong size) do not entitle the customer to a return.
Goods that have been shipped but not accepted will be billed to the customer. The goods will be shipped again once the new shipping costs have been paid. Products that are returned by mutual agreement will be replaced with a gift certificate.
Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Liability
Peakpup undertakes to provide its services diligently in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Claims for damages against peakpup and its agents or subcontractors are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded.
Allergic reactions or intolerances: peakpup assumes no liability for any allergic reactions or their consequences. Information about the materials used can be found on the product pages or requested via email at info(at)peakpup.ch before placing an order. If you have any concerns regarding the materials used, you should consult a veterinarian beforehand.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
peakpup reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time and to implement them without notice.

Coupons, discounts and promotions
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any difference in value after the voucher has been redeemed will not be refunded.
Cash and discount coupons cannot be combined. Invalid, expired, or unused discount coupons cannot be refunded after the order is completed. Products purchased before or after special promotions are not eligible for retroactive price refunds or discounts.
