Each of our products is handmade in Switzerland with great care and attention to detail, and we ship them ourselves. Since we prioritize quality and craftsmanship, it may take up to 30 days from the time you place your order for your items to leave peakpup. However, we do our best to ensure that your package is on its way to you and your furry friend as quickly as possible.
If your cart total is CHF 150 or more, shipping is free for you.
Delivery time (excluding production) is 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose (Priority: 1 day; standard shipping: up to 3 days). This timeframe may be delayed by the shipping carrier; unfortunately, we have no control over this. The delivery time begins as soon as you receive your shipping confirmation. There are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The weight of the physical products in your shopping cart is what counts. The calculation is made only after all discounts have been applied.
